About Fiddner & Co.

What are your biggest marketing obstacles? I can help.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked for clients on the west coast, east coast, and lots of places in between. My background includes managing marketing departments on the client side and client marketing efforts on the agency side within a variety of industries that quite literally range from A to Z and include advertising agencies, truck and auto, beef jerky, casino and gaming, construction power tools, financial services (credit unions), fitness gear, healthcare systems/hospital/urgent care, horse racing, jean company, mortgage lending, outdoor retailer, petroleum corporation, QSR/fast casual restaurants, television network (ESPN/ABC), and a zoo, to name a few.

I have a strategic mindset but can move quickly into tactical thinking to develop effective action plans. The areas in which I’ve gained deep and broad expertise include brand and client management, copywriting, content strategy, creative campaign development, digital marketing, event planning, media buying, product marketing, public relations, social media marketing, and strategic marketing communications.

Developing smart marketing plans and campaigns is something I’ve done on both sides of this business and I’ve gained valuable insights into each one’s perspective. Whether it’s creating an annual strategic plan with lots of moving parts, evaluating marketing department’s resources and/or strategies or launching a new product or service, one thing I’ve learned is that every client comes with a unique set of challenges and there is no universal silver bullet.

I want to work with credit unions and owners of small to medium-sized businesses to help them move their marketing forward by creating mindful messaging and strategies that connect with audiences.

My intention with Fiddner & Co. is an agency of collaboration. I have a core set of competencies that I’ve honed over the course of my career. What’s missing from Fiddner & Co. is a whole staff of ad people to keep busy; personnel issues that detract from client work; and a bloated, high-paid staff of upper management.

The benefit to you of this modernized agency structure is that you don’t pay for service areas you may never use; I engage the appropriate skill sets when needed by calling on my best-in-class partners to help fill any skill gaps. You can rest assured knowing your collaborative team of professionals are smart, nimble, affordable, and dedicated to the successful outcome of your project.

To say I know this business very well is an understatement. I love the ad agency business and have great passion for helping teams and organizations tackle their marketing obstacles.

On a more personal note…

I am a mother, yoga geek and instructor, pug lover, Francophile, and according to my nieces and nephews, a total hippie chick. I’m also a Gemini which means that I was destined to be a communicator : )
